How do I start using Theseus Meeting?

Getting started with Theseus Meeting is quick and easy! Simply follow these steps:

  • If do not already have an account, or want someone in your team to have one, you can sign up for an account on this page. You will receive a registration email. Click on the link sent and open it in your browser to create your account.

    Or you can login to your existing account by clicking“I already have an account” or visiting https://app.theseus-ai.com/.

  • Get to your very own secured spaces in three ways:
    • Mobile: download the Theseus Meeting app on your preferred device (iOS link / Android link).
    • Web: log in to your account using your credentials.

  • Start scheduling and joining meetings to take advantage of our note-taking features!

How do I record my first meeting?

There are three ways to use Theseus Meeting:

  • Chrome extension : If you have already downloaded the Chrome extension, you can simply start a Google Meet meeting (MS Teams is coming soon). Once ready to start, select your meeting language and then click on the start record button.

  • Mobile : Once in the Theseus App, click the primary microphone button and you are starting to record immediately.

    Enter the context either at the end of the meeting or through the conversation for better indexing (name the meeting, names / nicknames of participants, and language)

    Click it again to end the meeting and your content is securely analyzed and available in your personal space shortly afterwards.

  • Web : You can upload pre-recorded audio under+ New Meeting or use it in combination with the app. All your recorded meetings are stored in My Meetings. You can view, edit and share your meetings there.

How do I upload my previous meetings?

Login into your account and then use the+ New Meeting section.

  • Drag and drop your audio file or click to upload. You can add any audio file for analysis.
  • Include the:
    • Meeting's name
    • Speakers
    • Language that you want the meeting transcribed into
  • Click submit to let our AI know that you are ready.
